How it works

AI finds the jobs. People apply.

Upload your résumé once — we read it and ask you to confirm anything we’re unsure of. Then it’s the speed of AI on the parts machines are good at, and a person on the part that decides whether you hear back.

  1. AI

    Match

Every open role is scored against your profile across seven facets, with the weights published. No keyword soup, and no black box.

  2. AI

    Tailor

Your résumé is rewritten for each role, then checked line by line against what you actually confirmed. Anything unmatched stops the draft.

  3. Team

    Apply

A specialist submits it by hand, on the employer's own system, and keeps the receipt. No autofill guessing at a form it has never seen.

Meet AIME · AI Matching Engine

We don’t just match keywords. And we show the working.

AIME reads every role the way a careful recruiter would, scores it against your profile on seven published facets, and tells you exactly why it fits.

Under the hood

The small things AIME gets right, on every role.

None of them makes a headline on its own. Together, they are why a score from AIME is one you can trust.

  • Explains every score, in plain words

Each “Why” is written from the same calculation as the number, so it can never mention a skill it didn't find.

  • Knows Java isn't JavaScript

Skills match exactly, never by lookalike spelling.

  • Only counts what you confirmed

A skill guessed from your résumé never lifts a score until you say it's yours — so every match is one you can stand behind.

  • Flags listings that look wrong

Reposted, inactive and suspicious postings are caught before our team sends anything on your behalf.

Skill map

See where your skills stand in the market.

Every skill your matching roles ask for, placed by how many ask. Green is what you bring, grey is room to grow — and the lines show which skills employers want together.

Your strongest skills

Python, PostgreSQL and Airflow are confirmed and in demand — Python alone appears in 11 of 24 matched roles. 4 roles already match every skill they ask for.

Your next easy win: dbt

Adding dbt would make 2 more roles a complete skills match. AIME finds the one step that opens the most doors.

Questions worth asking.

Four things they don't do. We only show jobs we've verified are still open. Our resume tailoring physically cannot add a fact you didn't put there. Every application produces a receipt proving what was sent. And we measure whether our own recommendations actually get you replies — then tell you plainly what's working.

Your next application should count.

One plan, everything included. And if you land something, pause — don't cancel.
